You have your home looking great! Feels pretty great to have everything organized, simplified and deep clean doesn’t it! Now it’s time to find a Realtor® to work with. Give 2-3 a call and commit to listening to each one as they present pricing, listing and marketing strategies. You’ll want to go with an agent and company that provides you with a detailed CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) and has a great reputation in your area. A well prepared CMA from a Pricing Strategy Adviser will help get your listing price set right. Remember your home is worth what a qualified buyer in your area is willing to pay not just what someone’s gut or emotions are telling them.

Go with an agent who takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns, who educates you on the selling process and current market conditions.
